About the Junior High Band
Boosters
Members of the Junior High Band Boosters give of our time and resources to
support, chaperone, and assist all of the band students during games, contests
and events.
The two Reynoldsburg junior highs combine efforts to make one 7th grade and one 8th grade band. They are directed by Mrs. Jodie Robinson, who has taught band with the Reynoldsburg schools since 2001.
In junior high, band meets daily as a part of the regular, curricular school day. Some evening rehearsals are needed before each concert so that students can hear what the band will sound like when the two schools combine. Typically, junior high band students perform three concerts throughout the school year as well as participate in solo and ensemble contest. 8th graders also attend one home football game and perform with the high school marching band.Staff
